During the spring of 2020, we began contacting companies to assist us with our first roof-replacement experience. Out of the 6 companies that we spoke with/had come to look at our house, we were blown away by the attention-to-detail, thoroughness, and professionalism of D-Wing Construction. John Esposito was extremely personable, took his time to clearly explain everything to my husband and I, showed us samples of every product he was recommending/using, and was truly the only individual who looked in our attic while assessing our roof. The day of the installation, John’s crew was efficient, professional, and clean. As soon as the next day, our neighbors were not only commenting on how great the roof looked, but that they were impressed at how quickly the crew worked. In fact, I’ve already recommended D-Wing construction to two separate individuals. Steve’s took time with me to make sure I understood the product, process and Naperville requirements for installing a roof. He knows his business. The insurance estimate did not cover some of the requirements of Naperville and he challenged them and secured extra funding with no problem. The job was completed on time and looks fantastic. Dave was easily reachable. He was able to understand my roofing problem by phone and within a few hours his crew was at my home. The service charge was very reasonable. After repairs, it didn?t rain for several days. So D-Wing waited for several days to confirm that the rook leak stopped before sending the invoice. I will strongly recommend him for any roofing related work. D-Wing will be on my short-list for roof replacement work that I am planning to do in a few years.
Work Done Quickly & Correctly
Years ago I paid a contractor who advertised a lot in my area to replace the rotting wood on the exterior entryway to my newly purchased home. He used cheap materials, was abusive to his workers and the work was poorly done. Over just a few years the exterior has begun to rot and fall apart. I tried unsuccessfully to find a contractor who would provide a long term solution but no one would take on such a small project. Then I called D-Wing and found Wayne. He went out of his way to provide several different options at a reasonable cost and I chose to have siding installed. The work was done quickly and CORRECTLY this time by John and his wife. They were respectful of my property, did a few extra things I asked him to do and cleaned everything up at the end of each workday. The house looks beautiful and I?m so pleased with the way it turned out. So when a flooring project that was supposed to be done by Home Depot went south, I turned to Wayne again to help me rescue another project. I know that the work will be done the right way. D-Wing will be my go-to company for all my construction and handyman jobs. It?s nice to work with a company that takes pride in its work.
